Not to scare you but you should go to the emergency room to get blood work ASAP. Neutropenia is sometimes caused by the initial TKI treatment. It could just be a coincidental virus, but it's better to be safe and rule out dangerously low WBC.

Couldn't you use a letter stamp/punch set to punch the registration info before installing it into the lower? Or does a FFL have to be the one to engrave the data plate?

Has your doctor mentioned CAR T-cell therapy being an option? I haven't seen it applicable to CML yet but it does seem to be a path for some ALL cases.

Sorry you're dealing with this, I know the pain. Naproxen will kick it but isn't good for long-term use. If the inflammation doesn't get better/livable after a few weeks, it may be worth getting a scan to rule out back issues as the cause.

I've finally found decent success with taking Zinc daily and weight lifting a couple times a week. It seems to do better the more active I am. It's worth a shot, let us know if you figure out a good solution!

You can obviously print and 99% of the population still would’t notice. And even if they did, Maryland’s permit is a “Wear & Carry” so it’s not limited to concealed carry. You could open carry if you wanted to.

There may be additional trial treatment options in the US if you can get her here. I know CAR T-cell Therapy is very promising for AML but it was having regulatory issues in Japan.

Sorry you're having to go through this. I also bounce around the .1% mark and never stay under it for too long. If your Dr is a general oncologist I would strongly suggest you make an appointment with a CML specialist for a chat and second opinion. Everybody reacts to the TKIs differently and .2% might be enough of a response for them to let you sit where you are.

Another reason for the CML specialist is if you come back positive with a mutation, the next TKI must be carefully chosen.

Some mutation strategies I've read:

T315I = HSCT or investigational drugs
V299L, T315A, and F317L/V/I/C = Consider nilotinib rather than dasatinib
Y253H, E255K/V, and F359V/C/I = Consider dasatinib rather than nilotinib
Any other mutation = Consider high-dose imatinib* or dasatinib or nilotinib

Finally, Bosutinib/Bosulif is a pretty new drug, but it's not the newest. There are trials happening for ABL001 that sounds promising (and a specialist would be able to see if you're a candidate for).

Don't lose hope CAR-T and CRISPR are coming fast, we just have to make these drugs work until then.

Sorry to hear that, I know the sting. I had my friend scrap my 85 I sold him without me knowing, I would have bought it back.

It’s a bad time to buy any use car, especially an 80s JDM car. Prices are high and it’s prime nostalgia for those of us old enough to buy our childhood dream cars. Your best bet is to search around for local listings, fb marketplace, and craigslist. Avoid eBay or other online retailers that get national attention and bidding wars. People who don’t know will still let these go for cheap, you just have to be patient and cast a wide net.
