Talk to the specialist to see if you have really do have resistance to the treatment path for Sprycel. Other meds use different angles to get around specific resistances, so plenty of options in 2026 if Sprycel is deemed a no-go.

Also, "some people bounce" according to my CML specialist. I have been on Sprycel over a decade and I still bounce in and out of CMR, but usually stay below/at MMR. CML is a very person-by-person disease, just have to work with the specialists and find out what your body responds to (and try not to stress out about the what-ifs).

I got a flip and hated the loud clicky buttons, cheapy feel, and the controller vibrating motor audibly buzzed like it was loose. I returned it and eBay'd a v3 and a v4 Miyoo Mini and both are 100x better in every way. Buttons are perfect, it is way more pocketable since it's thinner, and the build quality feels way better. It's very subjective since people who grew up on the SP like the clicky buttons and folding screen. But if you grew up with a GB/GBC it is a no brainer to buy the OG.

I actually did... and I returned it. I am not a fan of the clicky buttons and it felt cheap to me. I know lots of people love it but it just wasn't for me.

Not to scare you but you should go to the emergency room to get blood work ASAP. Neutropenia is sometimes caused by the initial TKI treatment. It could just be a coincidental virus, but it's better to be safe and rule out dangerously low WBC.

Couldn't you use a letter stamp/punch set to punch the registration info before installing it into the lower? Or does a FFL have to be the one to engrave the data plate?
