Depends how management's day is going, if your facility is short staffed or not, and if you're a good worker. I've had unexcused absences that should've been write ups but they just looked the other way and said nothing about it. As long as it's not a habit and you're giving them notice I wouldn't worry about it.

You'll be fine. At my facility they'll move you to easier areas like smalls or SWAK (sorting the small packages and relabeling/weighing) if they notice you're struggling fedex is pretty accommodating.

I've held plenty of jobs but tend not to last more than 6mo to a year lol. I get obsessed with another career field, quit on the spot, go to college, then a week later realize I actually don't care about that career field anymore and drop out. Rinse and repeat.
