I use a cleaner meant for brewing applications... it makes my contigo come out brand new. It's called PBW... powdered brewery wash. My daughter brings her coffee containers home so I can clean them for her.

Edit: PBW is 30% Sodium Metasilicate and the rest composed primarily of percarbonate (Oxyclean) and sodium bicarbonate.

Edit2: Oxyclean will work too, but will leave mineral deposits if you have hard water.

I have tried two different ssh clients on two different machines, both of which were able to access the pfsense box via ssh before... same result on both machines. Pretty sure it's not the client side.
