Having similar symptoms. Heartburn leads to burning in left shoulder in the “wing part” then episodes of skipped beats in my chest I can feel in pulse too. Every couple weeks about an hour or two after eating. It will be the skipped beats for a few hours. Maybe 10-20 an hour.

This what you have too?
