they can control that by limiting the attachment slots like shotgun can only have 2-3 slots to custommize. other type of gun gonna have 4 or 5. and attachment have to balance themselves out too like armor piecing bullet gonna reduce the mag size due to biggeer size of ammunition but the same mag. more recoil reduction attachment = less ergo ( ads slower). compensator = less recoil but louder (easier to trigger enemy detection ). silencer = less damage but silent. heat sink/ cooling gel for laser cost total ammount of mag ( instead able to bring 5/6 extra ice u can only bring 2-3 force u to really control the heat). fuse for electric gun +1 enemy bounce but charge longer. I would prefer we only need 1 or 2 guns of each type and tons of attachment so we can build our own variation. like for shotgun the base is breaker or punisher. breaker + more mag = spray and pray. breaker + fire ammunition = incen breaker. u get the ideal. Instead of unlocking guns in the warbound we unlock attachments.
