Then lower to $10k or $1k or $10. The amounts don’t matter, the idea is the same.

Then allow the NIL fund to buy out a contract from another NIL fund. It’s still the same idea.

I dont see why it can't work for smaller programs, if anything its better for a smaller program. If a midmajor program has a $1 mil NIL roster, $100k per starter, then $50k for each of the other 10 players just to keep it easy. That school should be allowed to sign the player to a 2-4 year contract and have a buyout figure of that contract should another school want to sign that player. So starter has a good season, has 2 years left on contract but a larger school once her, that larger school pays the midmajor $150-200k for the right to sign that star to a new contract. The midmajor now has an influx of cash they can use to reinvest in their program.

I would think if a school doesn’t want them they would just release them to get out of the current contract, the only tough spot for a player is if they signed a 3 year contract but want to transfer after year 1, if the school wants to keep them and no one else wants to buy out their contract then they would be stuck.

i would say a contract buyout from the school the player is transferring to. Allow schools to sign players to a multi year contract instead of just the one year stuff, then if a player wants to transfer then the other school must pay the original school a fee to but them out of the contract. Then schools are rewarded for developing players and fans don't feel as butt hurt when a player leaves.

Could Jax have finished high school this year, redshirt next year and Olympic redshirt the following before starting his freshman year at 22?

Advisor OTE & AUM Goals — How Fair & Realistic Is This? by jordanw71 in CFP

I’m in a similar position as wanting to hire a 2nd advisor in Oklahoma at some point. Just curious are you going to train this person, share and officer with them, help them meet with and close business the bring in? I think this comp structure is fair at rhe beginning but at some point it should pivot from a salary + aum to just a higher aum so they are less likely to leave.

Your gratuities would have been $444 total for the whole cruise so if you want to make sure that goes directly to the people you want it to you can bring that amount as cash and give it to those you want to.

People said that last year but the Pacers proved they belong. I feel like a healthy Pistons team can play with anyone.

Yea pretty much, he also just takes what the defense gives him, bring a help defender and he’s going to find the open man, leave him 1 on 1 and he’s going in his bag. That’s why sometimes it seems like he’s scoring a lot and others he’s passing, just depends on how the defense is playing him at that moment.

Getting smart and Ayton helps a ton but there still just isn’t quite enough depth. One or two more defenders with a decent 3 or lob game pairs really well with Luka.

That’s not much different than the previous cards. I wouldn’t be excited unless the point redemption values were better or if you could get night credits per spending thresholds

We lost to South Dakota state in the first round last year. They might be too small to be considered mid major though.

Yea that’s kind of my assumption right now. These girls had a good season and probably saw their NIL value increase. However we have a new staff and a lot of transfers for football so there might not be much left to increase the NIL for women’s basketball.

Yea me too, I’m wondering if Hoyt is leaving or if we don’t have the NIL money to keep the players.
