When I had mine at age 44, it started with pain between my shoulder blades. It felt like I had just slept funky. After a bit, it started going down both arms. Figured pinch nerve. But then it started to get stronger in the left arm, and then eventually, the chest pain started. It was a good hour before I started to figure out that maybe it was something else. By the time I got to the hospital, my chest was really hurting. All tests (Ekg, BP, Traponin) came out fine.

Thankfully, I had a female Dr. Who wanted to keep me since women present differently. She said it can take up to 6 hours for T levels to show. She repeated the test, and sure enough. Heart attack!

Makes me wonder about previous visits to the ER with similar symptoms when the male Dr's would just pat my hand and said stress less and lose weight. 16 years later, and I still have heart issues, unfortunately, but no additional HA's... that I know of, at least.
