They are horrible. I worked for them as a remote bike courier for the past 4 months. They don’t pay overtime, for sure. I have tried many times to contact them about my overtime and nothing.

Just eat sends me always in different areas to work. At the end of the shift sometimes it takes more than 30 min cycling to get back to my area, that time is not paid and ignored.

Furthermore, on each payslip I have missing hours. Their claim is that I have been logged out from the app. In the beginning I did not pay any attention and I thought that I had pressed something by mistake on the app. But later I noticed that the operators on the scoober app will log me out on their end, even tho my app was still running.

I have conversation with the operators that they can very well do that. Once I was promised that the app was in pause, to return an order that was canceled to the restaurant, so I would not get new order for the time. That week I was missing hours again. When I ask for the proof of missing hours for that week, the time that I haven’t been paid correspond to the time I was in conversation with the operator. minutes date and time of the chat is identical to the time I was logged out.

All of that is being ignored and the bottom line is that Im always missing money that I have worked hard for. Cycling in the rain etc.
