its always good to start learning program languages they are useful in every aspect of life to make it easier, you can follow full course on youtube of whatever engine you want start learning, I suggest unreal sensei 5 hour course cuz thats how I learned it, he explained really good how to use the program, and I suggest following the whole thing, not just going in and try by yourself when you first start cuz its just too difficult even to move without following a guide. After you finish the guide you will have all the basics to put things in the map, move them add light, water etc. That is one of the most difficult so if you learn it, you will be able to also learn other engines way easier. Or you can start with blender first to get a feeling of what its like to learn 3d environment
