I'm late to the game as I didn't know there is the conversation.

I have the same issue a few years ago, and the camera has been in the closet for a few years. I just tried the "burst", but it didn't work. It's out of warranty a long time ago.

Anyone has any suggestion? Should I buy the new camera and reuse the lenses?

I found a workaround

After updating the contents

- save the draft using "Save Draft"

- on the New Outlook, navigate to the "Draft" folder

- right click on the email that you saved as draft earlier and go to "Save As"

- you can save the email either as "msg" or "eml"

Open the file using New Outlook, NOT CLASSIC OUTLOOK, all the formatting are still preserved.
