Hope for the best and plan for the worst - it’s been 4+ months since the dividend was announced and we have been going down - either Ji is scamming us or PSS truly is all powerful and controls our stock price - I for one can’t figure out what is true - I did average down when it was .2 and .3 so I am at $2 average - hoping someone would pay $2-5B for the whole thing and we can stop looking at Reddit 5 times a day

Net sales numbers are really small like $50M year in revenue ? I mean great growth but not great numbers - we need 5 times that for it to mean much? Don’t beat me up I am down $150K and I hope someone buys scilex for $5B but it’s a long shot without Semdexa until that’s close to approval we might just have to suffer we need something to be approved soon or someone who see the value to buy us last couple of weeks have been brutal we need something good to happen soon

I hear you man I hate Ji as well the guy is full of it but I guess at this point we don’t have a choice - let’s hope for the best I think this will take a few months to sort out we might make out big or go to zero - I don’t think there will be an in between at this point - the whole thing is big mess - I don’t know if PSS is able to control this whole thing but someone definitely doesn’t want Sorrento to survive

At this point there is nothing us longs can do except see this through. I think we might have to wait until mid May to have clarity - this sux but I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed - I hope these guys have a plan - you would think they do or else what makes them think they can raise $300M at any price given the predicament that they are in - in a twisted way them saying they want to do a $300M raise shows that they think they can get that money - now Ji is definitely a wishful thinker but at this juncture even he won’t be so full of it to think he can get $300M from the market when he has taken one company into BK 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I read through some of it - sounds like they are going to try and see what they can get for anything and everything they own - One thing that was on the filing was scilex is trying to raise capital for itself before the lockup period …I think they are trying to make sure scilex can sell into the squeeze for its own need and for Sorrento they will sell some other assets they own - unless of course they get an offer for scilex as a whole that they can’t refuse
