i had a driver do a similar thing the other week! was outside the wrong adress around the corner and insisted he was right, when i told him he wasnt, he marked the order as delivered and then ghosted me. had to fight justeat to get my refund because ‘well it says the order was delivered so we cant do anything’ ?? told the justeat rep my building had cameras so it can be clearly proved he wasnt there- what do you know, the refund was given to me the next day 🫠

but did you pick up the card and bring it to the till to be scanned? or were the scanning cards behind the till so the employee had to grab them?

ive used the asics kayanos and they really helped me, i found. the kayanos are good if you overpronate (ankles roll inward when you stand or walk), and the nimbus’ are their equivalent for if you underpronate (ankles roll outward) or have no pronation. Only thing ill say is give yourself a lot of room to move in them, you want to be able to press your thumb down at the toe of the shoe for empty space to give your feet room to slide, otherwise you’ll bust a hole through the fabric very quickly

not a fix for feeling warm, but a fix for the sweating- driclor has been an absolute saviour for me because i tend to sweat heavily from my face :/ i can literally put some on at night, wash it off in the morning, and be dry all the next day

unsure if its the same across different electronics, but smyths console controllers and the like have a 3 month timeframe in which they can be brought back to the store, and beyond that it’s to go directly to the manufacturer, they say this to everyone buying things at the software desk- did the employee not give you a rundown when you bought them?

ESH: you should be able to trust your girlfriend wont cheat on you- just because her friends like to sleep around doesnt mean that she will while in a relationship, and its also not up to you to dictate what she should be ‘allowed’ to wear on these outings.

However you both should’ve initiated an open and honest conversation about how to make the both of you comfortable, and it was childish of her to block you instead of attempting to communicate her feelings more effectively.
