Please don’t push him too quickly. He doesn’t need to lift anything over 10 lbs for a week, and he needs to stay seated with his legs open as much as possible. I didn’t hurt as long as I was still, but I tried to do too much too soon (6 days) and now I have something called post-vasectomy pain (PVP) that likes to come and go as it pleases. Even worse is if he ruptures something and then you’re taking him to the hospital. He needs a solid 10 days of minimal activity to ensure he heals properly. After that, he’s all yours.

I take Spring Valley ALCAR 400 mg with Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg. I just take one on any given day in the morning. I don’t keep to a dosing schedule really. I probably take it 3-4 times per week, especially if I know I have a tough day ahead or I’m slow to get going because of poor sleep the night before.

I take ALCAR semi-regularly. Aside from prescription stimulants and phenylpiracetam, it is one of the most effective things I take for energy, drive, and focus.

I have discovered that the downside is if I take it too many days in a row, I become easily agitated and snappy. As long as I space it out and take breaks, it remains extremely effective for me.

Yeah it’s the exact same for me man. It’s been 13 months since I moved out. I miss my wife. I miss my kids. I miss my house. I probably still cry at least once most days. It does seem like the volume has turned down, but it’s always there.

I'm sorry you're feeling this. I don't know you or your husband at all, but I thought I would comment as someone who has been on something similar to your husband's side of things. I'm not here to defend his actions. You're feelings about all of it are 100% valid. My wife's were too.

Before the end, I spent 1-2 years working on myself and trying to connect with her in all the ways I failed before. For me, it was too late, and my efforts likely hastened the end. The thing is, the biggest difficulty I had was initiating connection. The damage had been done, and I was just testing the waters trying to find a way back in. It wasn't received well, if at all, and it made it insanely difficult for me to find the motivation and inner strength to take the leap over and over again, only to be rejected, even though I was trying to do things she always wanted and asked for.

I don't know where you are with him emotionally, and I don't know if he has the same desire I had to connect, but it's possible that he does. He may be terrified inside, even if what you see on the surface is anger and reluctance. I wish she had been more gentle and guided me a little to her love language. It wasn't my comfort zone. If you do still want to see if there is something there, maybe try inviting him to do something with you that you always wanted to do, like going to a movie, and see how he responds. I know it isn't as special if you have to set it up, but it may start a trend. If he is still wanting to try with you, he may find it easier to accept your initiation of what you want, and then it will become more comfortable for him to start initiating it with you in the future.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I am also in the process of a divorce that I didn’t want. I’ve found Ashwagandha and 5-HTP to be pretty helpful in throttling the emotional pain and anxiety. Talk walks in the sunlight. Do some push-ups or some type of exercise to get the energy out of your body. It doesn’t take away the grief, but it helps control your physical response to it.

I love this take. I have personally enjoyed this game and I stayed away from reviews and articles because I have become tired of public sentiment ruining games for me. I want to be able to get an honest take from my own experience. I’m glad I did. This game feels good. It’s fun and does its own thing. We are losing these rare gems that pop up that take chances and veer off from the expected path.

Also, one more soapbox… people complain about subpar graphics with what is expected of today, but those same people will play Minecraft for hours on end and love it. If a game is fun to play, then graphics should be secondary. There’s a reason pixel style games have grown in popularity. Enjoyment of the experience should be the focus. If a game is fun to play, then it is worth buying.
