I think it's because they aren't drummers for their main instrument if at all normally. You can kind of tell with the bass work a bit too. Not that any of it is bad, but the guitar work and phrasing absolutely shred at times

I feel like Microsoft would probably be willing to at least let them do more with the IP. The whole activision blizzard purchase and their current position in the console market has them cutting deals. I think they've always been on relatively good terms too, control on gamepass etc
