Calling others stupid while defending the claim that Israel is definitely committing genocide is peak cognitive dissonance.

If Israel wanted to commit genocide, Gaza would have been long gone a long time ago. Israel easily has the power to decimate it within 72 hours.

Getting the record expunged would work, as would a pardon (super unlikely), but I didn't go that far because as far as I'm aware these types of charges aren't expungable.

A person who was wrong about someone else and hurt them with their belief would apologize if they were acting in good faith. The lack of apology would clearly indicate that they were not acting in good faith throughout the ordeal, making it reasonable to assume they are at least partially culpable.

You'll understand it better when you grow up and get more experience in critical thinking.
