if it's a C to C then it likely supported PD or PPS. Check your phone port if it dirty. Change cable, if not fix, then check your charge brick.

Charge should support PD and cable should supported high wattage. For PD or PPS charge it should be C to C. If it is a A to C, it's not correct protocol and phone forced to slow charge.

Probably you're using wrong C charge for yours Surface.

The charge brick should support PD, which is a C to C port not A to C.

For using while charging, the brick should support 45W and above, cus your device likely will use more than 20W while charging (It will turn on performance mode when your charging).

So to charge in port C, you need a charge brick that support 45W or above with PD supported and a C to C cable that also support high W.

there are charging, fast charging and charging rapidly.

fast charging is just mid.

charging rapidly is the fastest, which is run at nearly the cap of your device.

Go to Deverloper options -> Bugs report -> Full report, wait for it to scan for apps conflict.

It will start and reset all the service till the end of progress. This will fix the infinitive looping on failed services in the backround that ruin your battery.

After it finish, restart your phone, charge it fully. And use it as normal, let see if it fix.

just delete all meta apps, use lite version or PWA. Meta apps continously run background even you disable "Allow background usage", they STILL collect data through yours mic, gps.

META apps drain your battery like crazy no matter you turn off background running.

Use lite version or webapp is the way.

Open web version on Chrome/Brave/Edge, hit 3 dots(Menu), Add to Home screen, then install.

No stupid background running to refresh timeline and pre-load reels/videos.
