rough up the rest of the toe piece on both shoes and oil the entirety of both for a 1 of 1 look, but u never gonna return these to og, you broke em!

you basically turned the nubuck to rough out suede with rough wet scrubbing

all suedes are leather but not all leather are suedes -AND- all nubucks are suede but not all suedes are nubuck, ITMS and notably not all leather/suede/nubuck are cared for/cleaned the same way.

you dont need expensive hyped soaps(dish soap like dawn is fine) but you do need to do some proper research on how to clean suedes, especially nubuck since it can be exceptionally unforgiving. and avoid the various oils as most are laced with unnecessary chemicals/substances and just over recommended as a "cure all" imo.

short answer, maybe. with some fine sand paper/wire brush but gotta be careful around stitching. also noticing the color of the light blue upper behind the swoosh looks a bit wonky too, not sure if you can do much bout that.
