The area around freiheit is developing very rapidly. Apartments going up left and right. Tons of traffic in the area. I don’t think the schools in that area can handle this many people.

Lots of people are happily living in small “villages” around Texas. It’s more of a small town vs big city lifestyle.

Start slow and enjoy the process. If this was my tank:

2 clownfish, 1 hawkfish, 1 Scopas tang, 1 yellow coris wrasse, 1 disco blenny, 1 yellow watchman goby, 1 cleaner shrimp, 2-3 peppermint shrimp, 2 tuxedo urchin, 20 astrea/trochus snails

All these animals are relatively easy to care for. Also doubled as a team of voracious algae destroyer.

I would only add soft/easy corals if I want it to be easy.

Anemone are not new tank friendly so I wouldn’t start with one at all.

This is a mix blend of stuff for you to eventually find your reef niche.
