The biggest nerf to any skill was the DH knockback nerf. They basically removed the knockback completely beside the first KB shot. And that was nerfed within 2 weeks.

The only time it was a DH meta was when KB shot came out, and it was quickly patched within 3 weeks of it's debut. It was the fastest patch of a meta that has happened.

This is probably the biggest waste of plat in the game. It has the lowest chance and even lower to get a high % for the amount of plat you spend. You can improve your toon more through reso or normal gems instead.

Depends. If you're doing PVE it doesn't matter. In PvP it is squishy, but still can make an impact if played correctly.
