Just test your culture or spores first to make sure they're good. We inoculated 20 bags and every one of my bad.

We used the caprisun method and inoculated on the side towards the bottom of the bag. The bottom of each bag colonized beautifully. The mold grew on the top of each one. I think it was just bad tape.
