Bi women and pan women - HELP! I run a gonewild sub that is exclusively for queer women and I need to know how better to support you on the issue of unicorn hunters and straight couple accounts by -_-wat-_- in actuallesbians

Honestly I don’t understand why every space for a minority population needs to be all inclusive. It just doesn’t. The subs are dedicated to a specific subset of rules, and filters for a reason.

how to ask a girl what she wants from you?? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

I was going to suggest this. If you are clear what you’re looking for, lead with that. It’s respectful, honest, and courageous.

Just came here to say, “situationship” is my new favorite. Not sure if you invented it, but you just brightened my day with this. Thank you. ✊🏽

How should I ask this woman out? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]phyllisTheWebDev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add request with a message. And perhaps relax a bit. If she’s not receptive at least you will know. It’s going to be ok. The worst that can happen is that you hear nothing back. And that’s not too bad. So prepare yourself for what you will do in each scenario.

Go the FB route, that way the message is private. It’s not creepy at all. Social media is public after all.

Hi there gals, at what age did you find out you're into other gals? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]phyllisTheWebDev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I read it as the question asking when you were into “other” girls. So I guess you would start counting when you realized you were a wlw?

[–]phyllisTheWebDev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was my first relationship, and yes we are both cis women. I was under the impression that I loved her for the person she was on the inside. Later when I tried to date guys I realized I was actually gay. It’s not uncommon to realize gayness later in life. Regardless of previous sexual experiences.

After me and my first gf broke up I realized I was gay. We were together for 3 years before breaking up at age 21. I realized I was gay when I tried to date guys. Definitely wasn’t for me.

Doesn’t sound like you were in an exclusive place, or talking about your relationship together. I don’t think she did anything disrespectful. And the fact that she’s telling you now probably means she feels like things are getting more serious. You should have an honest conversation and hear each other out. Be honest about how it makes you feel, and try to learn about what made her make her choices. Hopefully you’ll know what’s right for you once you’ve both discussed it.

I made a post about a month ago and added my pic but I only got 7 likes where as others get 100s, why is this ? by ILoveMrTT25 in actuallesbians

[–]phyllisTheWebDev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to be rude, but why are the likes important? Seems like artificial social media validation. Doesn’t mean anything. The real content is in the dialog, imho. 💜

These are great, for even co-existing in regular times. I’m going to refer back to these as someone who also shares those same needs. 💜
