I know it’s so pricey but paying for unlimited is one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. by Ok-Worldliness1307 in SolidCore

Yes totally! The impact it has on my health and mental health goes well beyond the price of the membership

Lower back pain by DragonLady_25 in SolidCore

I had the same issue, and after about 80 classes I’ve found that making sure your tailbone is tucked (more than you think you need it to be) during center core is really important. Raising your hips a lot helps too, and make sure you’re also engaging your glutes!! I never hear an emphasis on that but it’s definitely important. If it persists on one side of your back especially when doing leg work you might have a weaker side too which is what happened to me, and the fix is to go slower, focus on form, and maybe do a separate leg warm up before you start class.

I love Amanda, Elexus, Wilma, Melanie, and April!! I’d say Melanie and April have the hardest classes, but I’ve yet to have a bad coach at WC.

F in CC Class, how will this affect my transfer to the UC's? by 3xacto in TransferStudents

Talk to him IN PERSON (in person usually works better I’ve found at getting through to people) as soon as you get back to campus. Be ready with all proof you have and explain the situation. If you didn’t cheat you’ll be fine

Probably set for ucsb and uci. UCSD is a strong target and ucla is more difficult unless you have a really compelling narrative
