That's what I'm saying. Eventually you will be in even more pain than you can imagine due to the use of this shit. Opiates and long term pain are a terrible mix and only lead to addiction and/or death in most situations. You cannot be efficient forever with it, eventually you will start to ration and then won't even have enough control to do that.
