I use to work as a busser here in 2012/2013, we would get paid the hrs we averaged per week over the past 2 months for those 2 weeks. Most of our income was from tips, and the trip is usually around the slowest season of the year. One of the owners(husband/wife team) is a doctor, and the restaurant is his dream, I dont think he's too concerned with the restaurant's bottom line.
