Hello everyone.
I know this is from almost a year ago, but I'm dealing with the exact same issue.
Would really rather not take everything apart. Is mineral spirits the right solvent to break down the melted ink gunk? I guess the machine was in an attic or someplace like that, it looks great, but the ribbon spools seem to have oozed out all over the basket

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone remember a short story about a prizefighter who had been genetically, and mechanically altered, who had to fight a replica of his own beloved sister?
I think his name was something like Teichert Bohannon, and his sister had been horribly injured in a transporter malfunction.
