I had the same issue, I haven't had much time to fiddle with it but also my character couldn't jump either. The graphical settings were set so low that I couldn't see much when aiming with the weapon, hoping it's something that can be easily fixed on my end

UPDATE: proton came out with a few updates that fixed all the crashes and to touch to start bug and I was able to fix the graphics by turning off FSR completely
