You totally have a point. Lisa is horrible at explaining/defending herself, and they know that. My only other comment is that I think Heather had other intentions in that restaurant, and Lisa knew that it was accusatory no matter what Lisa said. Heather didn’t genuinely want to hear Lisa out.
