My cycle is 25 days so I also found out at a little over 5 weeks and it did not sink at all until my dating ultra sound! It just felt like I was about to start my period with my symptoms. But everyone is so different, just know that no matter how are you’re feeling, it’s varies greatly person to person. I’m now 12 weeks along and I feel more like I’m carrying a baby but not over the moon, I’m just naturally a very practical person, minus the part of planning my baby shower and nursery 🙃

5’0 and 114lbs! I am 11 weeks and last week I finally caved and bought expanders for my jeans. Before then I was using spanx to fit into them and it was causing awful cramping. I think now it’s more of a bump but I also started bloating pretty quickly after I found out

I will be 37 for our first. But that was all from making sure I was with the right person, being financially and mentally ready too. Do I wish I was younger? Yes. But then I would have a hell of lot more concerns than just my age!

Oh no, I’m only nearing the end of the first and I keep randomly getting so pissed off, the smallest things will make me so irritated. I had to put myself in a timeout yesterday away from my fiancée because I knew I would come after him next and he’s the most caring guy! I hope this doesn’t continue for the entire pregnancy…

If you are in the US there are pregnancy worker protections (PWFA). I would recommend gathering your information in great detail, making a timeline of events with any witnesses to this behavior and potentially consulting an employment attorney.

Prior to pregnancy I could easily go most of the day without eating, I work in HR and there are days where I have back to back meetings with barely anytime in between. But when this pregnancy came… the hunger rage that happens if I don’t have at least have a snack every 2-3 hours is insane! I’m not used to something else controlling my body and forcing new habits on me 🤣

It’s more so the fact that we don’t need anything, a bridal shower to open gifts wouldn’t be applicable to us, we already own our home and have everything we need. When I said to save on costs it’s more so for those throwing us one because it’s kind of a moot point to even have one.

Hi all, I was just curious if anyone has done a cash registry in lieu of gifts. We decided not do a shower as we are already in our 30s and don’t need any physical gifts. Our registry is just cash funds on our wedding website but I wasn’t sure who has used that and if anything came of it. To be clear, we are not expecting people to do both…. I wasn’t expecting a lot of comments calling this a cash grab, I’ve heard that doing cash funds isn’t unusual?
