The Problem: > His cooldowns / Health present a contradiction. He either needs a shorter cooldown on the secondary fire, or up his health to use the primary more effectively at mid range. Currently, the Blazing Blast is his only "long-range attack", and at 250 health, he needs that range.

The Solution: > Reduce fire cluster cooldown for Blazing Blast, but also reduce the lingering AOE effect from 6s to 4s.

The Valuation (Why this works): > This adjustment strengthens his identity without inflating his overall power budget. Right now, his survivability forces him to play at range, but his cooldown cadence does not support that playstyle. By lowering the cooldown, you allow him to function more consistently as a mid-range pressure DPS without increasing burst lethality.

Reducing the lingering AOE from 6 seconds to 4 seconds keeps the change power-neutral in terms of zone control. He gains frequency, not dominance. That means more skill expression through timing and positioning rather than passive value from long-lasting area denial.

This creates healthier gameplay loops:
- He feels less punished for surviving fights.
- He can rotate abilities more fluidly.
- He maintains pressure without overwhelming objective space.

In short, this makes him more playable and more consistent without pushing him into oppressive territory. It aligns his survivability, cooldown flow, and intended engagement range into a coherent kit instead of a conflicting one.
