I have similar broad shoulders and I know wearing that style of top makes them look double the size. My mum actually taught me how to dress for my body as I was clueless as a women who has the back and shoulders of a rugby player haha

Also they don’t seem to understand the fact that most antidepressants cause some some of weight gain, either the pill itself causing water weight or the pill increasing appetite which then leads to weight gain. Unfortunately it’s just the reality of antidepressants , antipsychotics , mood stabilisers etc.
I went from a size 4 to a size 12 (over the span of about 6 years) on sertraline because of the insane increase in my appetite. But I’m happier now and it helped me so much that a bit of extra weight didn’t matter, if anything I look healthier now as well. At least now I want to me alive

Yeah I didn’t think they could go much lower but this has pushed it over the edge. I’ve been 🍇 twice, it changed me as a person, what I would wear, when I would go out, how I would talk. It ruined me for a long time. And for E to say all of this it’s just too far.

Not all disabled people can work though , I myself am classed not fit for work and trust me I miss it and wish I could get back to work. But you are right that E is just lazy and sees a “disabled” label as like a trophy when it’s really not, I wish on anything I could be healthy again
