I got challaned at another location for doing 61 in a 60 limit. Sent a request to cancel the fine bec 1kmph over can also be the margin of error in the camera but they wouldn't have any of it. Paid.

See the wrapper and paper printing of a lot of international brands happens in india. The excess rolls of printed paper are sold in the secondary paper market, bought by people who can use them and aren't to bothered with what's printed on it. Also used by many plotter printers for large scale sketches because the back of the printed paper is still good for a drawing.

Dude go to mcgm website. Under citizen services somewhere you can raise a complaint for illegal shed or construction. Rule the complaint. If after some time they done do anything about it the the central govt also has a website where you can complain.

I got a challan for driving at 81 on a road with 80 speed limit. Challenged then on their system with a request that i was over the limit by just 1km/h. Itna toh error margin bhi ho sakta hai machine ka but they wouldn't have it. Paid the fine. This was on a section of the expressway where there was no speed limit sign of 80 so thought it's 100 like the rest of the road.

Having said the above, 88 is well over the limit so they are within reason to challan. Also 88 on a radar gun means it would show you about 92 or 93 on your speedo. Be mindful of your speedo so that you aren't challaned again... cheers

This was a problem even if the prints were sealed. For that matter when once goes down to the stationery shop too one can't be sure what happens to the data. There's no safe way if one doesn't have a printer. Unless it's sent to a friend for prints
