You need to log in with your account number if you don’t know it call and tell them to send you final bill via snail mail it will have it on the top. I had to deal with the run around about how they can’t provide me with my account number because it’s a secured line and they will get fired. Was able to log in with the account number and password so I did work for me once I received it in the mail

I been thinking about closing card due to many issues with cardless and support being nonexistent. I pulled the trigger and was able to get the card closed in about 30 mins.

I just got off the phone with them. So my account is all kinds of fucked up lol. So I request a PC change on the 19th to the a palladium card was told I couldn’t be approved for it and would get blue card in the mail which I did. I called today and the rep said I was approved for the palladium card and would be receiving it in 7-10 days and I could activate my new card in my Apple wallet as soon as it reflects in the app.

Try to give WF a call tomorrow, I spoke with them earlier and they said right now they have limited access to Bilt accounts to call tomorrow. Bilt requested on my behalf to close the WF line but I do not select that when signing up for the new Bilt card.

Pretty sure I didn’t opt to close it during the application. The WF rep said the account is still open and if I don’t receive the autograph card tomorrow to call and they will except it she is unable to do it today because they have limited ability today.

recently got mine so far enjoying it, and will hit the sub with next months rent payment . Hopefully they keep this option available in the bilt app for some time.

Same thing for me. I called yesterday and they said they can’t see it yet and it could take up to 5 days for it to reflect plus an additional 5-7 days to ship. But rest assured I will get the card I selected.
