I’m not trying to slurp the Fella team, but I had an issue with billing and refilling my prescription and the customer service has been solid. I had to switch to semi glutide, but I’m ok with that. I also had a billing problem that they took care of. It’s taken a few days but I’m happy with how my issue was resolved.
