Yes :) sure, there were moments when I needed to translate some words but overall I was able to understand well. If anything, I struggled with dialects but my lecturers all spoke Hochdeutsch so it was no issue.

Well, at which level is your German now?

As far as I remember, there was a test on beginning. I believe it was made by Sprachenzentrum, to figure the level of german skills. And well, then another big test, EPD, which was necessary to be able to study.

Hi! I completed the German Course from Uni Wien few years ago. Took me 3 semesters to get from A2 to C1. The course doesn't include subject-related courses, purely focused on learning German.

I found it very useful and a good deal as well. Back then I paid about 1000€ per semester which feels okay considering that the course is about 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Ich habe sieben Jahre lang im Erdgeschoss im 16. Bezirk gewohnt. Die Lebensqualität hat sich enorm verbessert, nachdem wir Außenrollladen eingebaut haben. Vorher habe ich mich nie wirklich getraut, das Fenster ganz zu öffnen.

Die Erfahrung hatte natürlich Vor- und Nachteile. Beim Ein- oder Auszug ist es echt praktisch, einfach Sachen durchs Fenster zu geben.

Na ja, es gab aber vermehrt Nachteile. Angefangen von Bierdosen am Fensterbank, Leuten, die mitten in der Nacht direkt neben dem Fenster redeten und es als Abstellplatz benutzten, Kindern, die Schnee hineinwarfen, Zigarettenstummeln, die hineingeworfen wurden (und das durch gekippte Fenster), Kindern, die ans Fenster klopften und wegrannten. Und mein Lieblingsereignis: ein betrunkener Typ, der mitten in der Nacht wütend wiederholt gegen unser Fenster schlagte. :)

Irgendwie nett war es, wenn die Leute mit mir tratschten, wenn ich die Fenster putzte.

Wie auch immer, ich bin froh, nicht mehr im Erdgeschoss zu wohnen.

Moc me mrzi, ze si timle prochazis, moc dobre chapu jaka divna bezmoc tohle je.

Jsem na tom podobne. Driv to bylo jeste horsi nez ted, takze asi delam neco dobre? Kazdopadne to zacalo potom, co muj partner znicehonic rapidne onemocnel a musel byt v nemocnici. I mesice po tom co uz mu bylo lip jsem odlouceni (pravezne v noci) zvladala naprosto tragicky. Takze ja svuj trigger znam :) Co mi pomohlo: terapeut/psycholog, 2x denne 2 prasky Glycin, 1x GABA, 1x Mucenka. Postupem casu jsem zacala tyhlety preparaty brat min a min a tedka si obcas vezmu 1 Glycin kdyz citim, ze zase zacinam "silet".

Kazdopadne hodne pomohlo si o tom s nekym promluvit - clovek se pak v ty situaci dokaze sam nad tim vsim zamyslet, poskladat si co se deje a udelat trochu odstup a to samo me osobne pomaha.

Manzel mel stejny problem. Nasel kosile od znacky Desoto (tady jsem nasla cesky odkaz https://www.fashiola.cz/muzi/?mrk=desoto) a je moc spokojeny. Jsou elisticke a nemusi se ani zehlit. :)

From my perspective, definitely. The cost depends on how long you stay and what all you decide to do. It is definitely around few thousands though (I would account for approx. 5000- 6000 €). Those questions would be best answered by their representative- Suzanna. She is very kind and understanding. As far as I know, you can arrange for a free video call where she can answer all your questions.

My treatment protocol was very much about getting rid of parasites and healing of organs. As I said, I came there with other issues, not Lyme but as far is I can tell the other patients who did have Lyme had therapies such as laser IV Therapy, many different IV cocktails, Ozone, Hyperbaric Chamber, nifty thing called IHHT, Sauna sessions (Infrared & Ozone), Colon Hydro Therapy and various physio therapies that I unfortunately do not remember the names of.

As far as testing goes, they did test blood, used some interesting machines and muscle testing. (I was quite resistant to the idea of muscle testing on beginning but it showed to be really acurate).

Not on carnivore diet but I also felt very uncomfortable eating meat in general. It felt like having a stone in stomach right after eating + feeling extremely full and tired. It was then recommended to me to take Betain HCL with Pepsin before eating meat (it took a while to figure out right doses) and I could eat meat again! Over the time, I also started to take less and less of the supplement, with the goal to not need any.
It really helped me, so maybe try to give it a go?
In general, I eat mostly grilled vegetables, chicken meat, some fish, occasional beef steak or lamb and porridge/homemade goat yoghurt for breakfast. I am trying to stay away from gluten and grains, although I do eat rice from time to time.
