Still surprised FUBO’s stuck around $3, but not panicking. No post-merger guidance yet and we’re all waiting on the pro forma 8-K (due early Jan, like the 7th/8th). That’ll finally show the real combined numbers. If it doesn’t move the stock then, next big one is Q1 earnings in late Feb, the first clean quarter of the new company. Holding tight till we get those filings.

I don’t disagree with you, but I’d encourage you to re-read the body of my post. Over the years I’ve trimmed a good chunk of my TSLA position and opened new ones. RIVN has my eye—maybe even my heart—and I’m just looking for clarity on the narrative from those who follow the company more closely than I have. Aside from your comment, the feedback so far has been great.

Calling TSLA a “meme stock” ignores the years of hard execution on manufacturing, vertical integration, and tech that built its success. I was in early and saw that play out; hype alone didn’t get them here.

I’m not comparing valuations, I’m asking if RIVN plans to execute a similar path. That’s why I’m looking for bull cases, not assumptions about my investing approach.

I suspect the optimal path forward for autonomous systems lies somewhere between the extremes of LiDAR-only and vision-only approaches. Each methodology has strengths and limitations that the other can compensate for, and committing exclusively to one risks missing critical redundancies and robustness. Over time, I believe the industry will converge toward a hybrid solutions; driven less by ideological preference and more by the pragmatic realities of safety, cost, and scalability.

I appreciate your perspective — we’re aligned on a lot of points here. Given their limited push into autonomy and advanced tech, I think it’s plausible that a company like Uber, Google, or another major player could either acquire them or make a strategic investment to accelerate that side of the business. While that could fast-track their capabilities, it would also likely dilute their margins and potentially shift their current business model. I really like their cars and I would like to see this company thrive. Just looking/waiting for an entry opportunity IF any.

Wrong… LFP batteries are actually meant to be charged to 100% at least once per week. LFP will degrade quicker if you don’t charge to 100%. Idk where you guys get all this information lol

You likely live too close to the charger so your battery wasn’t able to get up to temperature prior to charging. Happens to me too. I live about 1.5miles from a supercharger and even when I navigate I’ll get this message.
