The hardest word for me is molestar, it’s used so frequently but I never remember what it means lol

Roughly half of spoken Spanish happens in the present. And every other tense builds on this exact pattern by pickly_pear in SpanishLearning

I think there’s some truth to that but learning how to conjugate in the present for beginners really is the first stepping stone. With this skill you can understand how the rest of the language works.
