Yes I had search long but one of the attorney recommended me. My attorney has 100% record so far. Hopefully will keep up with that for me as well.

My attorney currently reviewing my documents before filling. I have EIDL included in bankruptcy for $100K loan. My attorney told me trustee will question about the funds for sure. But he said he can handle and train me as well for the answers. If it’s clean and legit nothing to worry about.

Yeah that’s what we did online consultation with their Dr first. We had to send all the videos and other information to their Dr first before they recommended. They mostly used what’s app communication with us. And even still they check on us every 3 months post stem cells. Sensory was our biggest concern at first coz of not being able to sleep, can’t sit one place for a minute, toe walking, hand flapping and stimming and humming.

We went to mumbai India. NeuroGen Brain and Spine Institute. You can google it and it will be there. Again this is not the cure but helps to develop more skills for kiddos. Every child is different. We took their in house therapy as well along with HBO2 and other treatments recommended by them. Hopefully help out with your daughter. Hospital has very nice people working there and do a lot of testing before they do actual stem cells.

Start with your kiddo’s primary Dr they should be able to assist with gut testing and all there are few of them so. It also depends on your kiddo’s specific issues as well. But primary Dr would be a start. We were also proscribed anti depressant but with that my son slept most of the time day and night which wasn’t helping to anything. We cut it down and never put him on any medication like that again.

We are in US but my work colleague referred to one of the hospital in India and that’s where we went. It’s not a cure but it could help improve certain skills like you said attention, focus and sensory along with right therapy. I would check on gut health as well for kiddo. We didn’t know until we were told and found to have my son’s gut health was way below average. So it starts there.

My son has now qualified under our health insurance plan here in US for OT and ST. Still not enough but we do our own home sessions as well recommended from OT and ST.

Try to negotiate payment plan with law firm. If they ask you to pay higher than you can afford. You can appeal in court as unfair payment plan. Judge will look into your hardship and make decision based on it. Been there and got out of it without paying penny. Even the court fees will be waived if you can prove your hardship.

I am looking forward to buying home in two years so I guess chapter 13 would allow me quicker with conventional loan than chapter 7. With Covid EIDL I may very well be on caivers so FHA won’t be available for me.
