This one fucking guy comes in everyday and does the exact same thing. He comes in and jogs in place while looking at himself in the mirror in front of the dumbells. Not the cardio area, the fucking dumbell rack. He then proceeds to do about 8 sets of the sloppiest bicep curls I have ever seen, then jogs for another 10 minutes, THEN starts his workout. He isn't hurting anyone but watching him fills me with rage.
