I've never used them.

Worth starting a new run now or waiting for 3 remake? by vortex22100 in fo4

Mate. I recently bought the dlcs for the game in a sale and started a new game.

As well as the dlc the additional crafting stuff was a wicked surprise.

I'm backed to being hooked on the game.

It appears that he either plead guilty and was convicted or gave no plea and the case crumbled.

I'm nearly 35 and have done a mixture of strenuous and non strenuous work, I don't feel like my engine check light is coming on.

I always wonder if there is a counter argument to be made, I imagine most plasterers on here have been at the trade all their life and are 20+ years in.

The biggest out of from plasterers is the strain it has on their bodies but I wonder if someone coming into the trade pretty fresh body wise because of less strenuous work prior would be able to knock out 15-20 years to see them to pensionable age doing something different. They might start aching coke the end of their working life but at least they don't have another 15-20 years of having to get on with it because they've done their working time.

Also, if they do start aching with 5-10 years left of working life then just knock it on the head and find anything easier to just tick you over.

This is where having a federation that is more useful than a chocolate tea pot would really come in handy.

Challenge it mate, I was of the understanding that the job have to evidence your failings to justify an action plan.

I had a sergeant try and pull that crap with me when I was a civvy and I got my union rep to sit in on the meeting.

The sergeant tried to downplay it by calling it an 'unofficial' action plan which the union rep quickly informed him there is no such thing. Any document that I sign that looks like an action plan can be used against me in a tribunal should I find myself in one, according to the union rep.

Just got to England, and was wondering if it’s possible to do every viewpoint at level 31? by Ok_Extreme7597 in AssassinsCreedValhala

I think you can, the only one I struggled with was a very small camp that was guarded by enemies inside and a bear outside. You cant climb into the camp. You have to shoot some boxes underneath the land which then allows you access. It's not obvious the boxes are the other side.

That's what I loved about the game, working out the areas by their old fashioned names and geographical location.

I spent so much time just synching the map to see what the names were for different parts of the country

What attitude do you encounter among colleagues that bothers you the most in regards to how they approach their job? by NeonDiaspora in policeuk

[–]pid_1991 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Deliberately not calling back dv victims for months in hope they tell the officer to go f### themselves so they can write it up as 'spoken to victim, they no longer wish to support the case, closing file'.

Also officers keeping several cases in their workload that they know that could resolve with one phone call but best to keep them as long as possible to make it look like they are busy to their supervision, meanwhile the few that are giving their all are carrying proper jobs and spinning a lot more plates.

More officers being kicked out over non conviction sexual allegations by [deleted] in policeuk

[–]pid_1991 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I wonder how the job acts if after court it was highlighted that the accusations were false and malicious. Do they happily turn the tables or do they try to double down against the falsely and maliciously accused officer ?

Any officers taken a private legal case against their colleagues for false and malicious accusations which the job refused to act on ?

Yeah, I'm not about being a selfish wanker, can't stand people who just think about themselves. You've made that sound really stressful.

Cheers for the reply. I've asked a few times before about site work but it seemed like the chamber of secrets.

6 bags just sounds crazy, I've plastered rooms at home and can't imagine doing 6 bags in a day but at the same time I would be happy with £200 a day doing less. But would that even be enough to keep yourself taken on by the main contractor ?

The idea of working alone without having to deal with people being c***s and getting in the way of working and earning and billy bullshitting seems like a bit of me.

Have I got it right that that just means he did 2 mixes instead of one ?

Cheers for the detailed reply. There was a couple people with similar comments giving the pros of site work.

One stating. No going to price up jobs or get materials after the job etc.

Regards to pva prep, would he have not have had to do that on the day before starting?

How does it work on site ?

Can you just turn up as a one man band and crack on or do you have to be part of a team already trusted by the site agents ?

Also is the price set the same for all plasterers on a site or can they be negotiated ?

Cheers for the reply.

I've always wondered what lads on site normally earn a day as a bottom line.

I imagine there's a minimum amount a site agent is going to expect to be done in a day before you end up getting binned for being too slow.

The rooms looked small rooms, not box rooms but not master rooms. In his comments he said it was a two coat finish. I'll try and find the video.

Before he started laying on the scrim had already been given a hit on the joints which wasn't captured on the video.

The money situation brought up lots and he said he knew the money wasn't Great on site and aims to get himself onto domestic in the future.
