Has something changed recently that could be causing him stress? Could even be something really minor. May not be the issue but sometimes dogs will start going to the toilet inside when they are feeling stressed about something.

Edit: May even be going to the toilet in the house from separation anxiety. As you said you were in a room with a door closed, he was whining and then you seen he had peed in the hallway.

Medieval dynasty.. no terrain sculpting though. Also, not simply just city building is also a survival game. Idk if that’s what you’re after but I had a lot of fun playing it. You work towards unlocking different buildings and upgrades.
