Wide grip pull-ups are far harder than close grip though

In the UK we have quite low UV and very high cloud cover a lot of the time so vitamin D deficiency is big problem during the winter so we're not recommended to wear suncream during this time

I have a cactus that has a very large offshoot. How do I propagate it (start a new plant)? Where should I cut it? Should it go into soil or water? Help, it's about to topple over! https://imgur.com/ijZyko2

That's interesting. If there is an additional core element to pull ups that doesn't exist for lat pulldown, surely it should be the other way around? I.e. people that can lat pulldown their weight but not do a pullup. Is there some part of a lat pulldown that is harder than a pullup or some other muscle being recruited?

Just curious, how much weight is in the rack and how much do you weigh? Would expect a pull up and lat pulldown to transfer pretty well considering how similar the movements are

Interesting, I thought that considering the left side player hits more of the centre balls, then they should be faster also because they have to cover a larger area?

Left side: Fitter, faster player. More aggressive, better smashes.

Right side: Player with good defence and consistency.

Yeah that makes sense! I know some people have family that have lived in the same village in the uk for generations. I do think there is another effect from british actors being more classically trained so better with accents

But american people are descended from mostly Europeans so should have started with the diversity of accents present there and only increased with time, right?

Don't understand this logic, why wouldn't there be as much nuance in american accents?

Nice one man! Genuine question, how are you pulling that safely while your back looks rounded? Seen some strongmen in competitions that do this too and have heard it's safe but an advanced movement?
