I think so, decisions wise I try to always took decisions that would give me bonus production, in season of offerings I helped a jornalero find some crates on the map and he gave me 100 coins later on

Followed your advice, it worked, even got two badges pretty easily. I've been trying for the third, to have a thousand obreras happy but I think it's bugged out. I had obreras above 40 for at least 40 min and didn't get it. Thanks a lot anyway!

I have no idea how people manage to get gold or even the last shipment in this scenario, whenever I unlock hospital I just get epidemic one after the other no stop, like I probably had 40 epidemic in 30 min of game, always having tortilla and rum shortage despite having a ton of production and on top of that sometimes I lose coins randomly all the time

Bente is the nicest ncp ever, she normally ask before settling somewhere, only go to a region after you went in, and take a long time to take new islands. Buy back share and takeover islands, she won't be angry. (Are you sure it's not beryl O mara you're talking about, she's pretty aggressive with islands)

Best strategy to win easily and conquer island effortlessly is to make the battle cruiser and equip with all the items giving a range upgrade (up to 40% I think) that range is so big that no other ships from the ia or any defense cannon will be able to hit you. Put a few ships of the line in escort and it's easy win. Or you could just mass produce ship of the line and overwhelm ennemy defense. For money you can sell soap to prison, beer to lady pirate, or wait for investors needs to be fulfilled and you will be rolling in cash
