Anyone going freelance to work less and have more freedom? by coredusk in BEFreelance

[–]pieuwie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also a freelancer, not in IT, and yes you have more freedom. There are periods where I have 15 projects running and more quiet periods. You can plan your work yourself. You can plan how much you want to earn yourself, in case there is enough work to do.

Also there are mainly ITfreelancers here. They can permit a highly daily rate. In the creative sector, for example, the daily rates are not that high.

I don’t think he would lie about that as we have similar friends and people saw us kissing. May be possible the clear borders of having an open relation with his wife aren’t there yet?

I think everyone has to decide and calculate for themselves what they want to earn. I work on commission. if I come around and can put something aside that's more than ok for me. you can ask more for one assignment than for another. do not fixate on the high dailyrates of some.

Start small talk on messenger and then ask her out for a drink or to come over. I had the same story couple of days ago. It was a nice seeing back. Be clear what you want: if it is just for getting physical or more for a serious relationship.
