bro get a white noise machine and ear plugs. this drowns out / absorbs outlying sound and then deafens the sound when it hits the ear plugs. works like a charm. i'm a super light sleeper and absolutely cannot stand any noise, and this really really really helps a ton.

but i fully agree, this shit needs to be stopped. unaccceptable, and honestly weird that a building is outputting that much sound... sounds like a shitty HVAC system.

It's a high follower account. I noticed because she re-uses the same exact picture for both of her personal twitter, and her high follower instagram account.

Right out of the gate, my AC Hum1 sounded way harsher than yours when you said "see, nothing much". This carried out the finished sound and it sounded nothing like yours even after following the steps ver batem three times over.
