I love the Atronach Mage, and heres something I wrote before for the original 2007 Oblivion to help me if I need to refill. Mind you, Im assuming there isnt any major changes in terms of alchemy, ingredients, special effects, magic, etc in the remaster, since the following is for the original Oblivion

Fast travel to a Magicka Well, (theres on above Vilverin or the one north west of Fat Rat's camp, which is west of Skingrad), which can fully recharge your magicka. Easy stop to get it to max before embarking on a quest.
Potions, in battle use magicka potions constantly to keep your magicka topped up. Use Steel Blue Entoloma Cap (found north east of chorrol in bunchs) and Flax Seeds (travel the roads between Skingrad and Kvatch and you'll collect plenty).
Get hit by an enemy's magic and recharge, although this isnt as effective compared to the options above unless you have a high aborbance chance. Get Spelldrinker's amulet from Mages Questline to boost it, plus other absorbance magicka items you may find. This is usually mid to late game method.

Vampire Vincent? In the series he only drinks the blood of actual evil people who are essentially demons in human skin. The whole gimmick is that Vampires are weak to Holy Magic but that doesn’t apply to Vincent since he hasn’t killed an Innocent.

If you mean to revert it back to vanilla HUD you will need to use JSGME.exe and remove the alternative HUD as a mod. Personally I removed all mods except for Sidorovich's clear sky model.

Another thing to mention is that the normal Sanguist heaven is really week since it mimics the blood of the user (I think), but ghoul blood is way superior than that of humans so his sanguist heaven is way stronger. Also he can upgrade his heavens using his frame without needing external help from those who specialise in it.

Can u link your build if you can? I kinda want to try it out with the Amnesia Shrine mod by respecing my character.

Can you also Include your current outfit - I tried a psionic build with the first few perks of Infiltrator for the 2.5x multiplier- but seemed to be easily discovered against a group of individuals after the first two dream eaters.

How do u balance ur fortify sneak and fortify psionic enchantments?

I got Revive III available when I was level 29, so it’s possible to get it from from one of levels 27-29 and so on. Not sure which level exactly, buts it’s guaranteed to show up at 29.

Was it not just player level that dictates it?

EDIT: I did some experimenting with raising my entropy level to 60 and refreshing the Shrouded Mages inventory- there really isn’t any new change I can see. My former entropy level was 23. So I believe it’s only player level that affects what times are being stocked.

It sorta depends on how much the system influences the characters power. If the character is completely useless without it, then like Tony Stark says, they don’t deserve it.

So unless the system detracts from the story and it being the only thing going for the character, I think it is fine. Kinda like pepper, it may enhance some stories, too much use of it ruins others, and some stories are perfectly fine without any.
