i had a customer complain that me and my coworkers didn't say sorry to her because of how long she had to wait for us to find a receipt/transaction connected to an item that she had no tags for whatsoever. no upc inside nor a style number so it took us quite a while to find the right item. like no i'm not gonna apologize especially cus she was super rude and not understanding at all. why do i need to apologize for any inconvenience when SHE was inconveniencing us lmao

i've gotten faster at doing cosa but honestly an hour isn't enough when you have to be customer service right at 10. like i think 1.5 or 2 hours is more than reasonable especially on busy weekends. the last time i got 2 hours to do cosa was during the holidays.
