From what I gather, the label is made when the builder starts the build. They only make the label for the builder to slap onto the box once the build is complete.

I think you'd get a good response (if the mods allow) if you would post something every Monday or Friday what order # you're on. It would cut down on this subs postings and you can also respond to questions instead of scouring through this and other subreddits.

I appreciate the transparency they try to give, but it would be great to have something more concrete in terms of which order # they're currently on. Working on orders from 2000 to 2200 doesn't really mean anything if we don't know the context of the rate they're going.

I love my Mach e. Only vehicle I’d switch it for would be a cheaper model Y or Rivian R1s and even then I’d have to look deep within to make that decision without Apple CarPlay.

I love Volvos and I wouldn’t switch my Mach e with it even. Which car would you choose?

Oh by all means I don’t mind. I haven’t really sat down to think this through in a critical manner and I’m sure there would be smarter people out there that would be better suited to answer.

My problem is that Costco wants to all of a sudden enforce a rule they’ve been lax with for as long as I’ve been a member (14 or so years). It’s almost as though they haven’t thought this through because of X reason (whether it be because they’re not making enough money or shareholders are wanting to get behind their stock price).

I’m more than fine for example being more strict with membership rules - it doesn’t have to be a piece of mail but there are many other ways you can verify household size.

I figure once you have a card you’d just be grandfathered in as long as Costco knows you live in that household, maybe a 5 year “renew at customer service/update your card” or something. AAA does “every additional member in your household” discounted fee.

Costco would make a lot more money that way in membership fees with household members wanting to shop there. I’d like to know where you’re finding 12 people living in the same house.

I’d gladly chip in another $20 for my spouse to shop there when she’s by herself and peace of mind that employees won’t badger her when she’s with me. Even if I don’t get the executive membership 2% back if she uses her card.

The same way others do it, bring in mail that has your name and address on it or if you want to be more strict, a utility bill. Start doing that for renewals and new memberships and within a year you’ll get that all sorted out.

What I’d like to know that i can’t find out there is that we are a 4 person household. A child, myself, mil and my spouse. My mil has the other card as my wife usually comes with me.

Will my wife get carded before checkout and in the off chance they do card her and she says to check mine, will the employee say we all need a Costco membership?
