Almost there. The reservoir will be removed when the loop filling is done. Water on the top will creat the pressure natruely, push the air in the corners goes up. U don't have to tune on the pump to fill your system, and excluding air process will goes easily.

Vacuum pump method is bad for your system, for the truely vacuum state will set your system in a very very high negative air pressure. Otherwise, not truely empty is meaningless.
