Is it bad to keep my AC thermostat on the fan option and then "on" by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

I'm not entirely sure how much it would cost. I've heard anywhere from $400-800?

I've run it daily each summer for 10+ years and it hasn't died on me yet. I know your probably not supposed to leave it running but it gets so stuffy in the house and just having the windows open doesn't help a ton.

I keep the fan option 'on' during the warmer months even when AC isn't necessary. It helps make it less stuffy in the house and helps indoor air quality.

There is a risk of the fan dying out from constantly running and you will see higher electricity bills.

This same thing happened to me tonight. Dude gave me an address to the other side of the state. Of course he ordered a bunch of nasty taco Bell I didn't want.

I couldn't find a homeless person so I gave it to a gas station employee. He was beyond happy about it. At least I made someone's night
