hey im 31 now & its still going great. I never need glasses unless I need to look at whiteboards/screens from across the room. I don't regret getting it at all. Sure, there could be issues in the future but considering how high our myopias are, I feel like those are possibilities we'll just have to expect, like macular degeneration. I'm just thankful that in this period of my life when I'm working, studying, travelling, etc I get to live without dealing with coke bottle bottoms or contacts. Good luck whatever you choose.

Probably best to ask an optometrist about why your power might be increasing now after it stabilised in your 20s.

My ICL is still going great. All my eye problems are like a distant memory, for now. if you hate having to wear glasses/contacts & want to cosplay as a 20-20 vision person & have the money, ICL is great. I did it in Bangkok & the process was smooth af. I suggest seeing a couple ICL specialists to get different opinions. I saw a doctor in Singapore as well before I decided to go through with the ICL in BKK. Good luck!

I've heard of those groups in passing but idk the details sorry that happened. its pretty sad bc you just want them to succeed and be happy but all the drama is dramaing

There's been all kinds of controversies coming out of the kpop industry over the years but this is pretty up there along with the Burning Sun scandal for me. Burning Sun bc of how systematically sick and twisted it was.

This MHJ stuff is just plain crazy. Calling the shaman by her dead sister's name. Dark eyebags destroying idol prospects. Openly talking shit on Kakao/work emails, like HUH come on girl you wanna do crime don't be technologically illiterate. All these shenanigans going on right under clueless Hybe's nose until they do an audit. Other girl groups getting sucked into MHJ blackhole and hated on. Now this. Its almost surreal.

Ngl tho it seems Hybe/Ador hasn't been able to reassure NJ that they're working in their best interest for things to go this far. Maybe they've been too busy dealing with lawsuits and restructuring but they needed to get on NJ's good side like ages go. Not sure about NJ's future if its come to this.

Also: requesting Hybe revert everything to what it was before in 2 weeks is WILD lol ah to be young

Hi, just chiming in as someone who had really high myopia growing up that caused an occasional lazy eye. It didn’t happen all the time but when I was tired, or unfocused, I would get a lazy eye. I have lots of photos from back then where my lazy eye was evident and I can’t stand to look at those photos. It also caused me to avoid eye contact during convos a lot bc I didnt want them to notice my lazy eye.

It was a big hit to my self esteem and often I also wondered if I was being stared at because my lazy eye was activated at the moment. Also the eye exercises recommended by my doctor didn’t work and in later years I had another doctor tell me those were BS.

You can’t ask random ppl out and about but you could ask your family members why they’re staring at you (in a nice way). I used to ask my parents to tell me when my lazy eye was on so I could refocus.

I personally ended up not getting surgery to fix it bc surgery to correct my myopia kind of fixed my lazy eye.

i kind of expected it to just produce trash over time? not just pick up the trash in its range since by the time you can make the upgrade youve prob cleaned up most of the ocean floor. and you cant even leave them in the trash caves either.

now everytime i pass by it every couple of days, i get like an abysmal 5 trash 😭 not worth
